The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Economic Associations" (re Amount of an Authorized (Composite) Capital of a Limited Liability Company) as a Basis

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg No.3488-1), the amount of an authorized (composite) capital of a limited liability company is decreased from 100 (as envisaged by effective version of the clause) to 15 rates of a minimum wage in order to simplify foundation of such associations.
